If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. If you have a complaint, contact Nessed Art Studio and provide clear and relevant information, and the reason for complaint.
Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email studio[at]nessed[dot]nl to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures.
Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress, to contact you if there are any issues, and to send you occasional Nessed Art Studio related announcements, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
